This morning, my heart was filled with a profound sense of purpose as I journeyed to my work I prayed before the Lord. The message was clear, a divine challenge resonating through my soul: one act of kindness, every day.
A thrill of excitement and a tinge of trepidation coursed through me. I've always yearned for holiness, for the radiant glory of sainthood. Yet, I've often felt overwhelmed, like a tiny flame flickering in the vast expanse of divine perfection. Like St. Therese, the Little Flower, I know that grand acts of heroism aren't my calling. Instead, it's the quiet, consistent acts of love and mercy that pave the path to sanctity.
To embark on this sacred journey, I've resolved to begin each day by offering it to the Lord. With His grace as my shield, I hope to resist the temptations that may arise. As I commute to work, my heart will be filled with the Word of God, drawing strength and inspiration from the Scriptures. The Ascension and Hallow apps have become my faithful companions, guiding me through daily reflections and fostering a deeper connection with my faith community.
